Transparent conditions for a worry-free stay. The following terms apply; the version in force at the time of your booking is legally binding.
Cancellation policy
What matters is the receipt of your written cancellation to info@eifellineasuite.de before the arrival day.
Tip: We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance. Rebooking to another date is often possible subject to availability — just ask us.
General terms & conditions
1 · Contract
A binding rental agreement for the Eifel Linea Suite holiday home is concluded upon our booking confirmation by email.
2 · Payment
The full price of the stay (100%) is payable by bank transfer at the time of booking.
3 · Arrival & departure
Check-in from 3:00 pm, check-out by 11:00 am. Different times by arrangement.
4 · Occupancy
The home is designed for max. 2 people + 2 on the sofa bed. Over-occupancy is not permitted.
5 · Pets & smoking
Pets are not permitted. The home is non-smoking; smoking is permitted only in the courtyard.
6 · Additional guests
The base price applies to 2 guests. For each additional guest we charge €25 per person and night.
7 · Visitor's contribution
The town of Hillesheim visitor's contribution is €1.50 per person and night and is itemised separately. Children up to 6 are exempt.
8 · Force majeure
If provision becomes impossible (e.g. force majeure) we fully refund payments already made; further claims are excluded.
